    Cathleen, also known as Charmi, has lived in the Reno-Tahoe area since 2005. With a deep passion for guiding individuals to discover their inner light, she has dedicated her life to various modalities that promote self-discovery and well-being. As a Sound Healing Practitioner, she utilizes the power of sound vibrations to facilitate healing and relaxation, creating a harmonious space for individuals to explore their inner selves. Additionally, she’s also a Meditation Teacher, guiding others on the transformative journey of mindfulness and self-awareness.

    YOGA TEACHER & WELLNESS SPECIALIST

    Jen is a Registered Yoga Instructor, Certified Sound Healer, and Certified Rawfood Nutrition teacher who leads sessions on breathwork techniques, posture, yoga/chi-gong movement, plant-based whole foods education, meditation, and her number one love of music sound therapy. She has been sharing her 24 years worth of knowledge by teaching at judicial national conferences, workshops, retreats, and online platforms for several organizations and their teams.

    Being a part of building a healthy, positive, safe community in the Reno/Lake Tahoe/Truckee area continues to be truly deeply meaningful as Jen is a native Nevadan and is looking forward to sharing the many gifts that sound healing meditation can bring into one's life.

    The practice of yoga opened Heidi's heart over 25 years ago, and she continues to be touched by its power! Yoga nurtures her body, quiets her mind, and brings happiness and balance to her life.

    She intends to guide classes with heart and compassion, to inspire students to bring about more peace, calm, and clarity both on and off the mat!

    Heidi has a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education. She taught elementary school for 17 years. Heidi has been teaching yoga since 2012. She is a graduate of Kimberlee Ornstein’s 200-hour Advanced Study Teacher training program. She has completed Yin Yoga Teacher training and Chakra Theory and Meditation with Paul Grilley.

    Jess has been leading yoga classes for over 7 years and has completed yoga teacher trainings through Yoga Works and Strala Yoga. Her goal is to inspire people to tap into their own power. Whether through movement or massage, Jess strives to personalize the experience for each individual and meets everybody where they are. Her gentle and calm presence is felt in every interaction and brings a sense of peace to all of her classes.

    Erica LaFrenier is a certified master-level Qigong instructor. She has been practicing Qigong and meditation as healing modalities for over 26 years. It was the search for true, authentic happiness that led Erica into the study of the energy arts. The profound sense of calmness, stability, joy, and internal peace keeps her practicing daily. Erica is on a mission to help others discover their own innate healing capabilities and unlock the joy that comes from a life well-lived. She is certified to teach through the Ling Gui International Healing Qigong School.

    Monica brings her knowledge of classical yoga and the ancient healing system of Ayurveda to a community that aspires to live consciously in optimal health. She welcomes her students to create internal space to meet their self-healing practices with patience, understanding, and compassion. Her weekly classes, workshops, and Ayurvedic consultations focus on healing the mind, body, and spirit.

    Monica has been practicing yoga since 1999 and teaching since 2010. As a lifelong student, she has studied with many gifted gurus.

    Nicole is a Somatic Yoga Educator certified through the Novato Institute for Somatic Research and Training. She is also a Trauma-Informed Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Certified Breathwork Facilitator, and Usui Reiki Master.

    She assists individuals in overcoming physical, mental, and emotional challenges through evidence-based mind-body practices, fostering self-generated healing and inner connection. Her dedication revolves around creating a supportive environment, empowering people to recognize and fulfill their inherent potential.

    Justine is a certified Integrative Mindfulness & Wellness Coach, Meditation and Yoga Teacher. She has her Master’s in Mind-Body Medicine. As a lifelong learner, Justine is dedicated to helping people reach their full potential by utilizing the wisdom of mind-body practices.

    Justine became a yoga teacher and coach after years of practicing Yoga and Transcendental Meditation (TM) in hopes to share the wisdom and healing capabilities of these practices to help cleanse and stabilize the mind, body, and spirit.

    Nichole is an RYT500 and Mindfulness Life Coach who specializes in trauma-informed, accessible yoga. Her teachings utilize invitational language and speak to all bodies allowing each student to find empowerment in their own choice-driven practice. She learned very early on in her yoga journey that a yoga mindfulness and movement practice can be made accessible to all and can help regulate the nervous system at any age when applied to the needs of the individual. In 2019, Nichole created Yoga Your Way where she offers private group events, a 20-hour CE Trauma-Informed Teacher Training, and leads statewide presentations on yoga as a healing modality for youth and adults.

    After being a student of yoga for over 20 years, last year I took the leap and decided to enroll in the 200-HR. teacher training at Temple Yoga in Reno.

    While my teaching practice is in its early stages, I look forward to offering an inviting and safe space for students of all levels that will allow us to explore all the amazing benefits of a yoga practice, together! I was born and raised in South Texas and moved to Los Angeles in 2009. In 2016, after a few summer vacations in Lake Tahoe, I decided to move closer to what I believe is one of the most beautiful and magical places on earth. When I'm not at my 9-5 or practicing yoga, I am either exploring the lake or searching for treasures at thrift stores.
